Location

Qala is one of the oldest villages on the island of Gozo, situated on the eastern part of the island, a five-minute drive from the calm, clear waters of Hondqo Bay, a popular destination for snorkelling. This historic village is surrounded by countryside and offers a variety of short walks that provide some of the most beautiful views across the island out to the sea.

With the clearest water in the Mediterranean and an enviable climate that boasts an incredible 300 days of sunshine, there is never a bad time to visit Malta.
The island enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate. Summers are hot and dry, often with twelve hours of sunshine a day.
