Just a few steps to the water this 2 bedroom house, w/ king & queen bedrooms, a full bath & sink off of master, includes 2 beach cruiser bikes & 2 beach chairs & wifi! Original hardwood floors great outdoor space & nicely furnished. 7 miles of beach perfect for walking or relaxing! Full kitchen with table, Bar and cable TV, Queen Bedroom 10 restaurants in walking or biking distance & the Merry Pier close by

This is a great house for a small family vacation! Its a quiet neighborhood and only a few steps from the beach! Restful, peaceful just steps to the bay and steps to the beach.

You have one parking space, two beach cruiser bikes, a private use sun-patio with a grill. there is open wifi, the house includes two beach chairs, 2 beach towels, an outside shower so you can rinse off after the beach.. a nice large living room that seats six people. A full bathroom with tub/shower combo and a full kitchen with microwave, stove and double sink. The house also has a washer and dryer (coin operated) at the rear of the property in back workroom.

Awesome restaurants including, Italian, seafood, casual dining. 4 full service restaurants are just a few walking blocks away. Shaners Deli is also close (voted best on the beaches for years!) where you can get freshly caught fish, marinated meat, steaks, rubs for fish, poultry and veggies! (drinks too as well as dry goods) It is the perfect place for groceries and its only blocks away- great for BBQ items or a quick snack.
Blocks away- Rent a boat, go shelling on the beach, Watersports, fishing, nearby golf and tennis. Minutes from shopping, Museums, and beach entertainment Amazing Sunsets, charming house, located in Historic PAG, restaurants within walking distance, clean and very comfortable, New Furniture with update decor, updated and clean lines with lots of light, off street parking Pass-a-Grille, St Pete Beach, Ft De Soto Park, BBQ, stand up paddle, windsurfing, cycling, biking, shelling, running, walking, dining.. & literally one of the best places to live if only for a week.

I am not on property so this is a house where you can vacation without interaction with the owner unless necessary.

Pass-a-Grille (the southern tip of St Pete Beach) has a quaint downtown and brightly colored cottages are reminiscent of artists colonies. Today, its galleries, restaurants draw Floridians and visitors from all over the world. Safe, clean, quaint laid back from way back very cute 1920s turning modern historic beach town. Pass-a-Grille still maintains the pleasant laid-back feel of the beach communities developed in the early 1900s. Strict zoning has avoided the intrusion of the highrise beach condos that plague many beach communities

Considered the sunset capital of Florida and listed as one of the Top Beaches in the World Pass-a-Grille/ St Pete Beach has typically flat water, white sand and shells backed by waving dunes of sea oats and palm trees. The neighborhood has colorful cottages most built in the 1920s on an island only 5 house wide. There are 10 restaurants in walking distance and the house comes with two beach cruiser bikes so cars are not needed. The gradual drop-off of the firm white sand into the low waves makes for nice swimming for kids and miles of excellent walking or jogging at sunrise or sunset. Sunset sails, horseback riding on the beach, boat & wave runner rentals or fishing and golf are all close by- just ask me if you are interested in something locally! No Parties only for individuals & families looking for a relaxing quiet get a way with or without just one car.
