Situated on an island with 7 miles of powdery white beach. It is only a few small steps to the beautiful white sand beach called Pass a Grille!

Completely new clean and charming studio home that on the ground floor level with a step in shower. This open- floor plan rental house house has 22inch Italian tile throughout, modern furnishings and lots of charm.

Palm trees abound on this property and when you come back from the beach enjoy an outside shower to rinse off the sand. You have two of your own beach cruiser bikes that have a basket in case you go shopping during your daily travels. There is a large patio,and grill on the property for your use.
You also have a small private patio via your bathroom door if you like outside sitting.The house will offer you peace in a restful setting complete with soothing sunsets, shells and birds galore!

Very clean house with pebble, glass, Marble and Travertine finishes. Bathroom is made with Travertine & pebble and is a true beauty. Patio and sitting porch equipped with a BBQ.

You have two entries into your house one is from a small private shaded patio off the side of your house, you have your own BBQ grill, and your own personal bikes (with bike lock). From the online pictures note the house is about 2 parking spots away from the beach - probably would be a minutes walk or so. It is an awesome location and a great place to stay. It works best for two people as it is open floor plan and the pull out couch opens towards the queen bed. However, please note that I do have curtains you can pull for privacy between the two sleeping areas. You have off street parking, fresh towels, linens, beach chairs, and be only 2 blocks away from the following restaurants The Seahorse, The Hurricane, Sunset Grille & Su Otto!

Awesome restaurants like the Seahorse, Hurricane, The Sunset Grille, BlackPalm and SuOtto are just a few walking blocks away and Shaners gourmet deli is even part of the beach scene, which is perfect place for groceries, BBQ items or a quick snack.

Brand-New Queen sized bed with plenty of storage and a full sleeper couch. (house is recommended for 2 people but more are certainly welcome).

Pass-a-Grille (the southern tip of St Pete Beach) has a quaint downtown and brightly colored cottages are reminiscent of artists colonies. Today, its galleries, restaurants draw Floridians and visitors from all over the world. Safe, clean, quaint laid back from way back very cute 1920s turning modern historic beach town.Safe, secure and laid back. Its an old beach town with a lot of class..

I provide 2 bikes and there are beach trolley, island boat ferry, uber, free beach ride (a company that operates off of tips)

Considered the sunset capital of Florida and listed as one of the Top Beaches in the World Pass-a-Grille/ St Pete Beach has typically flat water, white sand and shells backed by waving dunes of sea oats and palm trees. The neighborhood has colorful cottages most built in the 1920s on an island only 5 house wide. There are 10 restaurants in walking distance and the house comes with two beach cruiser bikes so cars are not needed. The gradual drop-off of the firm sand into the low waves makes for nice swimming for kids and miles of excellent walking or jogging at sunrise or sunset. Sunset sails, horseback riding on the beach, boat & wave runner rentals or fishing and golf are all close by- just ask me if you are interested in something locally! No Parties only for individuals looking for a relaxing quiet get a way with or without just one car.
