Relaxing Oasis! 5 bedroom 3 bath with Pool - Tempe

1. Guest count must be accurate and any additional persons visiting during the day need to be approved by host.
2. Check-in time is any time after 4pm. Check-out time is any time before 10am. You’re welcome to request an early check in or late checkout 24 hours ahead of date requested, but this is not guaranteed.
3. Please limit wearing shoes in the house as much as possible. There is a mat at the entrance to wipe off your shoes and a shoe rack across from the door.
4. We do not allow smoking of any kind; breaking this rule will incur damage cost of $1,000.
5. No candles in home.
6. Please do not use the fireplace. A damage fee of $1,000 will be incurred
7. No pets allowed. Any unauthorized pets will incur a charge of $500. If a pet is medically necessary with proper documentation, then there will be an additional $100 cleaning fee.
8. Parties or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe Tempe quiet hours from 10pm-7am. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property.
9. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such departure.
10. Please do not remove any items from the house. If items are taken you will be charged the replacement cost plus time to replenish the item(s).
11. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure. If needed, we will request payment to fix anything beyond normal wear and tear.
12. Cleaning Fee: Accommodations will be cleaned prior to check-in. Bed and bath linens and a starter supply of amenities are provided. Additional cleaning service is available upon request for an additional charge.
13. Each guest are supplied a bath towel set and black towels for makeup. Each guest will also get a multi-color beach towel for the pool. White/Gray towels do not go outside. If white/gray towels get stained from outdoor use you will incur a fee of $10/towel.
14. Please leave the pool vacuum cleaner in the pool as much as possible. If taken out for an extended amount of time and pool service is needed to clean the pool there will be a $75 service charge for the visit.
15. This property has video surveillance on exterior entrance areas (Ring doorbell camera and backyard gate) to ensure the safety and security of all guests.
16. At checkout, please follow house manual checkout procedure. If not complete an additional cleaning charge of $100 will be incurred.
a. Please put all dishes away or in the dishwasher and START IT.
b. Please throw away any partially eaten food and feel free to leave anything unopened.
c. Please DO NOT strip the beds and leave all the used towels in the bathrooms.
d. Pickup outdoor and indoor toys & games and umbrella and teal pool chairs if used. Extra pool toys can go in the toy bin next to the laundry room.
e. Confirm valve is closed on BBQ propane tank, CLEAN GRILL GRATE (if used), and empty grease catcher (underneath BBQ on the back side).
f. Confirm TV and BBQ are covered outside.
g. Take recycle can out to curb if Sunday checkout.
h. Lock the back sliding door and front door.
i. Turn off all lights, fans, tv’s, and close any windows inside.
