Conveniently Located Condo Near ASU - Tempe

Quiet Hours: 9PM to 9AM.

***Our unit is dog friendly; we LOVE dogs! And we know it is nice to be able to travel with ALL the family. We ask to please not let pets on the couch or beds as we renovated the unit with brand new linen and would like to keep it clean and fresh for all our guests.

***This is a quiet complex with quiet hours between 9pm and 9am and MUST be respected. Please keep all music, TV, voices at a moderate level. If these rules are too restrictive for you, please reserve elsewhere. If this rule is broken there will be a $500 fine to you. **None of the above should come into play if you’re looking for a clean, quiet and top-notch place to stay.

This condo is NOT to be used for any type of party, group gathering place or any other such thing, unless it has been previously discussed and agreed upon by us prior to making your reservation. ***PLEASE DO NOT sit on our furniture with sweaty, post-work-out bodies OR dirty feet! We would like to keep it the condo in top shape, clean and fresh for all our guests. You probably don’t want to sit in furniture that smells dirty, in order to maintain the cleanliness everyone needs to adhere to these rules.
***We as host and cohost reserve the right to terminate the guest’s stay without refund for the remaining nights if any house rule is broken***

***Please put all used dishes in the dishwasher and start a load before you leave, there is dishwasher soap under the sink (believe it or not, some people need to be reminded to use soap).

***Please put all used bath towels, washcloths and kitchen towels in front of the washing machine before you leave. We usually ask that a load of towels be started before you leave (this helps the cleaning crew to finish on time for my next guest).

***NO SMOKING (or drugs!) inside the condo OR on the patio/ front porch area (at all). If you need to smoke please use the parking area. This way the patio furniture stays free of cigarette smells for those guests who have allergies or are non-smokers.

***NO weapons or firearms allowed.

***For your safety as well as the protection of this condo, there is a surveillance video camera at the front door, this helps us make sure the patio furniture stays in the patio, that is used appropriately by our guests and it lets us know when things have been delivered to our door. The camera is also to monitor how many guests enter the condo (so do NOT try to sneak unregistered people in). Please do not block the camera view for any reason at any time.

***Willfully breaking these rules can result in the termination of your stay without refund. Holding our place to the highest standards is the only way to ensure that you are getting first rate accommodations. ***THANK YOU for choosing our place for your stay! We hope you enjoy your time here.

***Extra guests during the day or to spend the night are not allowed without prior owner/host/co-host consent. This facilitates having an adequate space for our guests comfortably and safely***
