Refundable Damage Deposit
Security/Damage Deposit is required. The deposit is fully refundable based on Terms of Agreement within twenty-one (21) days of Check-Out, provided the following provisions are met:
- No damage is done to Property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
- No charges are incurred due to violation of occupancy, pets, smoking, or illegal drugs.
- No excessive cleaning required. Volume of sand is minimal INSIDE the Property and all trash is placed on dumpsters on the sand or trash bins provided on City of Newport Beach trash removal day.
- Garage remote is returned and Property doors/windows are left locked.
