Everything is right here! Visit the bike/water sports rental at the end of the street and launch your paddle board or kayak right near the house. Or take a relaxing bike ride on the ocean boardwalk to the Balboa Fun Zone. Combine it with a ferry ride and visit Balboa Island for a nice lunch. If you have little ones, Moms beach and Marina Park on the bay is a stones throw away. Surf classes are also offered at our beach. We have a local farmers market every Sunday with fresh bread, pastries, honey, organic fruits, etc.

5 stars all around! Ron’s place is exactly as described - it had literally everything we needed and more. It is was so hard to leave! The place itself is absolutely gorgeous, so clean, and the smart house feature was the cherry on top. I found myself saying “wow” multiple times a day every day of our stay because of how impressed I was. The location was amazing as well - close to the beach, marina, and some of our favorite restaurants in Newport. Ron was also very responsive, and proactive with communication. We will definitely be returning!

Amazing place! Ron made our new year celebration and birthday perfect. His place is amazing. Couldn’t get enough of the view! Across the street from the ocean, pier, restaurants. The place was so clean and beautiful. We stay at manny luxury hotels and his place is up there! The surroundings are safe and quiet. Was able to rent e-bikes across the street from his house which made or stay even more fun! Probably one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. Thank you again Ron! 10/10!

Lots of things in walking distance, including a park for little kids, restaurants, and of course, beach access. This is a two story home (upstairs unit) so if you have little kids/babies, just be careful with all the stairs!

This home exceeded my expectations in almost every way. It was the perfect location for my reunion/ hangout with dear friends. We sat on the roof chatting, we watched the sunset and we walked along the beach. Ron’s home was beautiful and it felt nice to sit in the living room and catch up. Also, he left a very helpful binder with very clear instructions.

There is a maximum of 6 guests which includes infants and children. - As noted, this is a the upstairs unit of a duplex with 1 secure parking spot in a shared 2-car garage. This is the only shared space and everything is very private and quiet with separate entrances, etc.
