You will be asked to leave if you have more guests on the property than stated in the reservation and no refund will be issued. MOST IMPORTANT WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU ENJOY YOUR VISIT -Contact your hosts in the front house if you need anything or have problems or if we can help you in any way. Don’t hesitate to ask. - Tell us promptly if anything is missing or broken. . - Accidents happen. Let us know immediately if you break, damage or soil something. -Only Guests listed on your reservation can be on the property -No parties or gatherings -We need the Full Names of ALL Guests ~No Open Flames, Candles, Incense, Vaping or Smoking~ -No smoking or vaping anywhere in the house on the property or in front of the property or in the alley. -No candles, incense or open flames (including lighters). No burning of anything -Smoking of anything on our property will result in a $250 Cleaning Fee ~Weapons~ -No weapons -Contact us if your are here for a tournament or a sporting event ~No Illegal Drugs or Activities~ -No use of our web connection for illegal/questionably legal downloads or connections, including but not limited to Torrent, Tunneling, Dark Web. ~No Deliveries Except for Food~ -No deliveries except takeout (take away) food -Do not list our address as your home or office for any reason ~Your Children~ -You are solely responsible for your children -Children may not be left unattended -Use of playground equipment requires a signed parental waiver. ~No Commercial Use~ -No selling, meeting clients or conducting of business -No Filming ~Quiet Time from 10pm-8am~ ~Care of our Cottage~ -Keep the cottage clean and the entire property tidy. -Use utensils and appliances for their intended purpose. - Ask us If you need something -Nothing but Toilet Paper in our Toilets - No dying of hair - Use Make-Up Wipes provided. ~Vomit and other body fluids~ -You are responsible for cleaning it completely up. If we have to clean up body fluids, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $250 ~Parking~ -We will designate ONE parking space for you upon request. -Park only in your designated space ~Cameras~ -We have four (4) security cameras -One (1) Door Bell Camera -Three (3) Cameras on the perimeter monitoring the Alley, Parking & Backyard -Do not touch, tamper, cover or block any of the Cameras ~Check-Out 11AM~ -Check-Out is at 11AM -Leave the cottage neat and clean. -Place towels, wash cloths and dish cloths in the bathtub. -Rinse your dishes and leave them in the dishwasher. Do not run the dishwasher -Leave the bedding in place; we’ll strip the beds. -Put all garbage in the trash cans.Put recyclables in the blue container. -Our kitchen is well-stocked with new cookware and appliances. Please handle with care. -Lock all doors and windows. ~Pet Policy~ We love and very much enjoy dogs! We are happy to have loving, responsible, attentive dog owners who have well behave dogs. **If you plan on leaving your dog alone all day, we are not the right place for you.** ~~Yes, we do have a yard and you and your dog may use it; however, please read the below carefully~~ -All pets must be pre-approved by us in writing. -Please let us know your dog’s breed and name. -Unless you have written permission from us, dogs cannot be left alone or unattended in our Cottage or in our Yard -If you have permission from us to leave your dog alone in our Cottage, your dog must be crated and may not be left alone for long periods of time. -Dogs are not allowed on beds -Dogs are not allowed upstairs -Flea Control Up to Date -No Dogs on the Bed -Rabies Shot Up to Date -No bathing of pets -No barking dogs -No Aggressive dogs -No dogs that chase or have a history of attacking cats (our cats are in our yard) -Dogs must be on lease while in our Yard or Under Your Control at all times -You must immediately clean up after your dog -Keep your dog out of planters, flowers, etc. We are avid gardeners and don’t want our plants ruined. -Cats: Contact us -Non-Refundable $35 cleaning fee which is added to our regular cleaning fee. -Security deposit of $100 ANY EXCEPTIONS TO THESE HOUSE RULES REQUIRE WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION FROM YOUR HOSTS CATHERINE OR STEVE.
