Snowater Condo #64 - Welcome to Pet-Friendly Camp Kulshan! Your family will have a delightful time staying in this recently remodeled 1-story, 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo. Upon entering, you’ll discover new plank flooring and new paint throughout, a more than ample ski and gear storage area, a nicely appointed bedroom with one queen-sized bed and plenty of closet space, one full bath including a new countertop and wash basin, a laundry cubby with a stack washer and dryer for cleansing your duds, a fully equipped galley style kitchen completes with a new higher-end dishwasher, range/oven, built-in microwave, and new countertops. There’s a convenient pass-through into the living/dining area for easy distribution of your culinary delights, along with a dining area that includes a table and seating for 4-persons. The living area includes a comfy full-sized hide-a-bed, a wood-burning fireplace insert (firewood not provided) to cozy up to, a flat-screen monitor for your viewing pleasure, a sitting nook, and a balcony offering a treed territorial view. This pet-friendly (2-pet maximum, no exceptions) and monitored family vacation property will comfortably sleep 2 to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River, which runs on three sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WIFI, a pool table, a ping pong table, and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas, a children’s play structure, and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old-growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.

FROM SEATTLE (WA): Take Interstate-5 (North) to Bellingham Exit #255 (Sunset Drive/Mt. Baker Highway I-542). Turn right at the end of the off ramp, and proceed (East) directly to our offices in the town of Maple Falls. Approximate driving time 2-hours.
FROM VANCOUVER, B.C (Canada): Take Highway 99 (South) to the Peace Arch Crossing at the Canada / USA border exchange, then take Interstate-5 (South) to Bellingham Exit #255 (Sunset Drive/Mt. A Damage Deposit is not required; however, damages will be charged to the Guests credit card.
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days or greater prior to our guest(s) scheduled date of arrival, Mt. Baker Lodging will gladly refund your Advance Reservation Payment less a cancellation fee of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) or 8% (which ever amount is greater); 20 thru 15 days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment*; 14 days or less forfeits the entire rental amount*.
*Unless the vacation property can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of sixty-five dollar ($65.00) or 8% (which ever amount is greater) will apply.
Winter Holiday Bookings and Cancellations – All bookings for the period of December 15 – January 2 require payment in full by December 1st. If cancelled on or prior to November 15th, the Advance Reservation Payment will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of $65.00 (sixty-five dollar) or 8% (which ever amount is greater). From November 16th through November 30th, the Advance Reservation Payment will be forfeited unless the home(s) can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of $65.00 (sixty-five dollar) or 8% (which ever amount is greater) will apply.
