Formerly the first floor of the renown Inn at Mt. Baker, this breathtaking 3-bedroom, 3-bath en-suite features some of the most magnificent views of Mt. Baker and the Nooksack River Valley to be found anywhere! Perched high above the Mt. Baker Highway, you will be delighted by this 40 acre estate surrounded by forest land, so you can confidently let Fido run free, and not have to be concerned about neighboring road traffic. All of the main rooms in this custom architect designed en-suite feature stunning mountain views. Entering through the main side door entrance, you’ll discover a mudroom for stowing your winter and summer gear. Passing through into the hallway reveals a combination living room, dinette, and kitchenette area tastefully designed with Berber carpeting and marble counter-tops. Accompaniments include a fridge/freezer, a separate ice maker, a toaster oven, a microwave oven, an electric cook top, a coffeemaker, and a wet bar, plus a comfy sofa, a large flat screen monitor, and an exterior door that leads to a partially enclosed patio with a private outdoor HOT TUB! Back inside, you’ll discover a mechanical room with a full sized washer/dryer, one bedroom with 2-twin sized beds and an adjoining full bath, a second bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and an adjoining full bath, and a third bedroom with 1-king sized bed and an adjoining full bath. Guest who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement).

If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days or greater prior to our guest(s) scheduled date of arrival, Mt. Baker Lodging will gladly refund your Advance Reservation Payment less a cancellation fee of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) or 8% (which ever amount is greater); 20 thru 15 days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment*; 14 days or less forfeits the entire rental amount*.
*Unless the vacation property can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of sixty-five dollar ($65.00) or 8% (which ever amount is greater) will apply.
Winter Holiday Bookings and Cancellations – All bookings for the period of December 15 – January 2 require payment in full by December 1st. If cancelled on or prior to November 15th, the Advance Reservation Payment will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of $65.00 (sixty-five dollar) or 8% (which ever amount is greater). From November 16th through November 30th, the Advance Reservation Payment will be forfeited unless the home(s) can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of $65.00 (sixty-five dollar) or 8% (which ever amount is greater) will apply.
