This custom built 2-story, 3-bedroom, 1 ¾-bath home was originally designed for full-time living, featuring all of the necessary accompaniments, and then some. Upon entering from the covered rear porch equipped with a gas grill and on into the mudroom, you’ll discover a full size stack washer and dryer along with plenty of room for outdoor gear storage…all while being embraced by heated floors. Proceeding on through the hallway, there is one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and a good sized closet, a second bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and another full closet, a full bath with a soaker tub and shower combo, a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful custom counter tops, and a farmhouse style sink and upscale appliances, including a dishwasher. A breakfast bar comfortably seats up to four persons with accompanying bar stools. The living area features a freestanding gas fireplace, a comfy couch, and a flat screen monitor for streaming your favorite movies. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals a large loft bedroom with 1-king sized bed and a very nice ¾-bath ensuite. Just outside the front sliding doors there is a generous sized deck. But wait…there’s more! A landing leads to a private outdoor hot tub with a privacy panel! There’s also an EV charger to keep your car charged and ready-to-go, and an automatic whole house generator to keep everything running smoothly in the event of a power outage. Don’t forget Fido; this pet-friendly (2-pet maximum, NO exceptions) wifi* equipped, and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, and nature viewing. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

**Wi-Fi service is available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, intermittent service failures are circumstances that are beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function correctly.
