Villa La Telaranya is a stunning family home with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a huge heated pool (12x6m). Recently remodeled in a calm Nordic style, it offers a warm, homely atmosphere with neutral colors and natural wood accents. The villa is nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac, just 2 km from the center of Port de Pollença. The spacious exterior features a large covered terrace, shaded dining area, chill-out space, and a trampoline and table tennis for the kids. ACs and central heating available.

Main floor:

The main floor includes a spacious kitchen with a breakfast nook, a living room, and a formal dining area. This floor also has two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a 160cm bed and an en-suite bathroom, and another bedroom with a 140cm bed. Additionally, there is a full bathroom.

Upper floor:

The upper floor features a master bedroom with a 160cm queen bed and an en-suite full bathroom, a bedroom with two double beds and an en-suite bathroom, and a dedicated workspace.

Outside:

Outside, the villa boasts a gated entrance, a large balcony with dining and lounge areas next to the pool, and a trampoline and swing for children. Additionally, there is a table tennis area for recreational activities.

The villa remains cozy off season thanks to central heating and an indoor fireplace.

Villa La Telaranya is an ideal choice for families and groups of up to 8 people seeking year-round holidays.

Parties are not permitted out of respect for the neighborhoods peace and quiet.

We kindly request that lead guest making the booking is at least 25 years old to check-in.

For added convenience, we recommend having a car during your stay.

Optionally, you can choose to heat the pool for an additional charge of 560 EUR.

Surrounding the villa is a population of feral cats, and in partnership with the local humane society, we are actively engaged in neutering them to responsibly manage their population growth, addressing a common issue on the island.
