There is a formal dining room and a fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast area, which opens directly to the outside patio and pool. This floor also includes a bedroom with two single beds and a built-in wardrobe facing the pool area, another bedroom with two single beds and a built-in wardrobe facing the entrance, as well as a full bathroom and a half bathroom.



The upper floor features a master bedroom with a 180cm bed, an open plan en-suite bathroom, a built-in wardrobe, a crib area, and a desk. There is also a bedroom with a double bed (160cm), a wardrobe, and a dresser, plus another bedroom with two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. A full bathroom is also located on this floor.



Outside, you'll enjoy a large covered patio next to the pool with dining and lounge areas, a BBQ area with seating, and a covered breakfast area near the kitchen.
