Coral Cove is a bright 1800 sq foot two story townhouse that showcases a contemporary coastal design. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances. You will enjoy preparing meals on the vast white quartz countertops. There is wrap around seating for 3 at the breakfast bar and an indoor dining table set for 6. Relax with your favorite book while lounging on the settee in the screened in back porch while enjoying your morning coffee. Unwind in the living room with the glow of the fireplace watching a movie on the 55" smart tv after a fun filled day at the beach. Upstairs and downstairs living areas are furnished with plush sofas and wall-mounted smart tv's for comfortable group gatherings and entertainment. Watch the game while barbequing on the gas Charbroil grill while playing ping pong and darts. Take a stroll to the Spanish Wells seafood and produce stand located a block away from the house. Enjoy an evening bike ride on the Hilton Head Island paved bike paths located directly outside the neighborhood.

A 50" wall-mounted smart tv hangs over the electric fireplace. 2 bedside USB chargers and a homedics spa sound machine. The master features an ensuite bathroom with a double sink vanity with white quartz countertops and a tile shower with a luxury rainfall shower head. A hairdryer and makeup mirror are also available.

Bedroom 2- Brand new queen mattress, ceiling fan, sound machine and 1 bedside USB charger. A wall-mounted 50" smart tv. Darkening room shades. Double closet with organizers and storage.

A home office space is set up for remote work that includes a large glass top desk, monitor, keyboard, wifi printer and hi speed wifi. A collection of beach novels are included in the home office. A Pack and Play is provided as well.

Second bathroom- Bathroom includes double sink vanity with white quartz countertops. A shower and tub combination. A hairdryer is also available.

Laundry Room- Second floor laundry with a brand new GE high efficency washer and dryer. An iron, hand held fabric steamer and large ironing board are included.

Gameroom/Garage-Ping pong table ,electronic dart board, boardgames, glow in the dark lawn darts, croquet set, corn hole, beach bar top table, smart tv, and gas Charbroil grill with barbecue tools.

Beach Gear- 8 extra large beach towels, boogie boards, skim boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, sea turtle night flash lights,sea shell bags, beach bags, beach wagon, beach rolling cart, beach cooler and a back pack cooler.

A Shibumi beach shade, large beach blanket and beach table package are available for rent during your stay. Please message the host prior to your stay and we will have it delivered to the house before your arrival.

Coral Cove is steps away from over 60 miles of bike paths. We have partnered with a local bike company to offer our guests discounted bike rentals. Bikes can be directly delivered to the house.
