Built with modern design and state-of-the-art amenities, this house offers the ultimate retreat for groups and families. Whether you drive or take the free ski shuttle that stops right at the doorstep, you’re just minutes away from Killington’s main lodge and all its renowned mountain activities. Two beautiful units, entertainment, hot tub. Large parking lot for 10+ cars with Tesla charger.
The House:
This energy-efficient, modern home comfortably sleeps 16 guests across two fully-equipped duplex units. Each unit has its own kitchen, living room, and bedrooms, making it perfect for large groups or families traveling together. With seven bedrooms and four bathrooms in total, you’ll have plenty of space to unwind. Enjoy high-end appliances, quartz and granite countertops, cathedral ceilings, plenty of light, and a cozy gas fireplace. For relaxation after a day on the slopes, soak in the 7-person hot tub or take in the mountain views from the two decks and balcony.

Perfectly positioned at 308 Killington Rd., our home is in the heart of everything Killington has to offer. With over 200 ski trails of diverse terrain, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, legendary nightlife, fine dining, and more, you’ll never run out of things to do. Whether you’re here for the slopes or après-ski, the house’s prime location makes it the ideal spot for your Killington adventure.

The house is equipped with top-of-the-line green features, including super-insulated walls, LED lighting, and a priority zone boiler to ensure you never run out of hot water. A triple-stage active carbon water filtration system provides the purest deep well water, so you’ll have the best-tasting water, coffee, and tea throughout your stay. Smart home automation, boot dryer, home security, and entertainment options, including 60” TV’s, Alexa, FireTV, Netflix, Disney, Prime, Karaoke with large library of songs and 5.1 HiFi Audio round out the tech-forward experience.

- Occupancy: Up to 16 people. No additional guests are allowed.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. Please be mindful of noise levels to avoid disturbing neighbors.
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house (eSig’s included). Ashtrays are provided on the deck. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if we detect smoking indoors.
- No Pets: Pets and animals of any kind are not allowed.
- Property Care: Please do not remove any items from the house. You will be charged the full replacement value of any missing items. You are required to leave the Property in the same general condition as it was in when you arrived, and to clean all food and drink spills immediately. You acknowledge that food and drink spills on carpet and furnishings constitute damage to the Property (and not normal wear and tear).
- Ski/Snowboard Equipment: Kindly store all ski and snowboard gear in the provided ski closet located near the main entrance, no equipment is allowed inside the house.
- Grill Usage: The grill is located on the deck. Please do not move it, and ensure it is turned off and cleaned after use. A $150 fee will be charged for inadequate cleaning. No open fires or charcoal grills are allowed.
- Hot Tub and Bunk Beds: Use of the hot tub and bunk beds is at your own risk. Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled before your arrival but may not be warm until later in the evening. Please unlock and re-lock the cover when not in use, especially during windy conditions. Use the provided soft broom to clear snow from the cover—shovels can cause damage, and a $1200 replacement fee will be charged if damaged. Set the desired temperature an hour before use for optimal comfort (102–104°F is recommended). You are required to shower before entering the hot tub and replace the hot tub cover upon exiting. Further, you may not consume food or beverages inside or around the hot tub. You acknowledge that hot tubs are not suitable for pregnant women, children under 12 years of age, intoxicated persons, or persons with certain heart or other health conditions. If you have any health-related questions about the use of a hot tub, consult your physician or other medical advisor. Do not turn off the heat for the house or hot tub, as frozen pipes could result in damage.
- Fireplace (Unit 2): The gas fireplace is controlled via the thermostat located on the same wall as the fireplace and TV. Set it to your desired temperature and enjoy! Remember to turn off the fireplace when you’re finished using it.Please no burning of candles and such.
- Check-Out Procedures:
Check-out time is before 11 a.m.
* Please start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes before you leave.
* Use the collapsible mesh hampers (under bathroom sinks) for used towels.
* Ensure all windows and doors are closed, lights are off, and doors are locked (press the “Schlage” button, then turn the knob).
* Make sure the hot tub cover is securely locked.
* Dispose of all trash in the designated bins outside; there is a $25 fee for each garbage bag left inside the house.
* Please report any damages. We understand accidents happen and will work with you on a reasonable solution.
* Leave the bedding in place for our cleaning service to handle.
* The house should be left in the same condition as when you arrived; additional cleaning may result in extra fees.
Failure to follow check-out procedures that results in theft or damage may result in liability charges.
