You’ll love this romantic getaway.
It is a remodeled RV….cute and comfortable, has everything you need!
Full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, table, couches and new AC units. It is steps from the bay and sits on the largest saltwater pool and hot tub on the island complete with live waterfalls.
There is an outside shower as well, and plenty of room to lounge in the sun or shade. The gulf beaches are a leasurely four block stroll. Youll love this unique and romantic escape. This renovated RV is situated on a canal-front lot on St. George Island’s west side. There is one other rental on the property and you may have to share the pool space, but there is still plenty of space and privacy for everyone.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - 11PM

Park in front of the green RV. It is on the left side of the property as you are facing the house. Watch the septic tank. It is just to the right of your parking spot, although there is plenty of room for your car/truck/SUV/motorcycle. The key will be in the lock.

House Rules

NO GLASS IN THE POOL OR ON THE EDGE OF THE POOL OR HOT TUB.
EVEN BEERS! NO EXCEPTIONS!
Have you ever stepped on a sharp piece of glass? You don't want to.
No kids under 12 in the pool area alone.
No diving in the pool.
The hot tub is always on. That is why we keep a cover on it when it is not being used. You just roll the cover to one side to get in...or roll it up and set it on the ground if you like. It is very expensive to keep it heated, so when you are not using it, please keep it covered. It does have jets. They are on the wooden tower by the shallow end of the pool. Please only use the jets when you need them. I have already gone through three jet blowers from people leaving them on all hours of the day and night.
There are lights in the pool - they are on the RIGHT side of the plastic box that says poolLUX. There are several different light choices to choose from. They change as you turn the lights on and off. Also, please turn these off when you are done.

Refundable Damage Deposit

If no major damages, deposit will be refunded 1 day after check out.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation 14 days before check in. 50% forfeit after that.
