High Breeze is a first tier home on an elevated lot to maximize the amazing beach views! Splash in the private pool after a warm day at the beach. In the cooler months, the pool may be heated for an additional fee. No detail has been left unattended in this immaculately furnished 3 bedroom 3 full bath home. A king master suite offers spectacular beach views to wake up to and has a large walk-in shower and double vanity. The queen master bedroom also boasts gorgeous beach views and a private full bath with a tub/shower. The bunk bedroom is fun for kids with 3 twin beds (one bunk and one additional twin) as well as a 2 twin crash pads (a rather comfy additional twin sleeping option). The third full bath is accessible from the bunk room and the great room. The gathering place for family and friends is the great room spanning the center of the house. A well appointed kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances is open to the dining and living areas so cook up the day's catch with beautiful beach views, while remaining in the conversation with family and friends around the great room. . If you get a little too much sun, 4 flat screen TVs and a Blu-ray player offer options for your group to spread out if you'd like. A large deck faces the beach and offers sun or shade. Bikes and Paddle Board in downstairs storage area. A park style charcoal grill is provided and there is a picnic table under the house in the shade. Only 70 steps from High Breeze is the boardwalk to the beach. “Loved our stay at High Breeze!”

We love St. George Island! We were so excited when we found High Breeze. The house was amazing. Stocked with everything you need. We’ve never stayed at a house that supplied so much. Every room in the house was decorated so nice and the home was so spacious. Loved sitting on the front porch looking at the ocean. The yard was landscaped so nicely and the private pool was a huge plus. My only suggestion would be to install a pantry by the fridge for more guest storage. We loved our stay so much that we have booked it again in September of 2020.

“All You Need At The Beach”

High Breeze is one of our favorite places to stay. We've stayed there three times and it is always clean and fully stocked. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook all week, the porch is fantastic to enjoy meals or a book, and the pool is the perfect place to cool off in the afternoons. The beach access is just across the street and the views are wonderful. We will definitely be back to enjoy another stay in the Fall!

Great Stay!

Our first stay at High Breeze was great. The access to the beach, the sea view, and the porch were high points. The pool is really nice. The house is very well furnished, and the laundry room was spacious. Kitchen has ample small appliances, dishes, and cooking utensils. We five adults enjoyed so much just living there and being lazy for a week.

Perfect!!

Beach was spectacular. The ease of access to the beach from this home was perfect for us. We brought our 3 teen plus kids and our lab and couldn’t have been more at home. The house even had doggie bowls. Well equipped everything. Comfy beds and oh the view from the front porch!!! We wish we were still there and plan to stay longer next time we get out of town. Our new favorite place

Loved High Breeze it was awesome

We enjoyed staying at High Breeze it was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The location was great and the beds were super comfy. The kitchen was completely stocked with great appliances and dishes. Felt like home away from home. My only complaint was the TV in the master bedroom was not working. We called 3 times and was told every time the "cable man" was coming , but never came so we did not get to enjoy the TV in the master bedroom, other than that it was perfect. Would most definitely stay there every time it was worth every dime!!!!!

My husband, David and I own 3 vacation rental homes on St. George Island Florida, also known as The Forgotten Coast. All 3 homes are single family homes, with private pools, pet friendly, and 1st Tier(right across from the Gulf of Mexico). There are 3 seasonal rates during the year. We also list our homes with a local management company on the island. They are there for our guests if you have questions or issues during your visit. The area has year round events, great restaurants, shopping, and exploring. A very laid back area, no high rise condos, no crowded beaches.
