Tucked away from the rest of the world, you will instantly feel the tranquility of Haycombe Cottage. The 3 bedroom property is connected to the original farm house and is located on a working farm andLivery. You will be instantly immersed into the Cornish Country Lifestyle in this charming cottage which offers parking for 2 vehicles, making it an ideal location for friends and family to meet.

As you enter the property into the open plan living area you will find the fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, two comfortable reclining sofas surrounding the gas fireplace and beautiful Cornish stone Mantle. Just off of the living area, you will find the dining room, with large stylish dining room table. This area provides the perfect space for not only enjoying those hearty farmhouse breakfasts and dinners, but also to enjoy socialising with drinks and perhaps a board game in the evenings.
Upstairs you will find three good sized bedrooms, the spacious master with kingsize bed, the second bedroom with twin pine beds and furniture and a third double bedroom, again with matching pine furniture. The family bathroom is located on the landing and includes wc and a bath with shower and sink.
Outside of the cottage, you will find a private grassed garden with plenty of space for enjoying fresh air and relaxing as well as a secure dog exercise area with large dog run, which can be used at all times throughout your stay.
Within a few minutes walk from the property you will find the Hilltop Farm Shop & Café, offering everything that you could need to enjoy your self catering stay, as well as a huge selection of local produce and a fantastic menu offering breakfast and lunches.
