This beautifully finished brand new ‘upside-down’ house is the perfect location for a luxurious break in the peaceful hamlet of Trewarmett, a stones throw from Trebarwith Strand and Tintagel.

As you enter the property on the ground floor, you will find the four bedrooms, 1 super-king with en-suite shower room, 1 double & 2 twins. The family bathroom, with bath and shower and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, meaning that you have all of the necessities for a self catering break.

As you climb the stairs to the first floor, you will enter the spacious and light large open-plan living space. Balconies at both the front and the back of the property offer an outer seating space, for enjoying the early mornings fresh Cornish air, or for relaxing after a long day of exploring. A welcoming sofa area with three welcoming sofas surrounds a log burning stove provides a warm atmosphere for breaks in the cooler months, while the sky-light windows and french doors provide a cool chill space, for summer guests.

The fully equipped kitchen and diner, with large dining table which seats up to 8 guests comfortably, boasts views up to the old engine house and has again provides everything that you could need to facilitate your self catering stay.

Outside the property, you will find off-street parking with ample space for 2/3 cars to the front, with the optional extra of an EV charger (Please contact us for pricing details). To the rear you will find a patio garden with picnic bench and hot-tub . There are steps from the garden up to one of the balconies, so outside can be easily accessed from the main living space, or from the rear bedroom doors.

Hot tub was delightful, TV was great for family movie night, we were able to use the kitchen appliances to make a delicious large dinner, the bedrooms were perfect and shower was great - all in all everything worked well and it made for a great weekend trip and we are so glad we booked it.

Really lovely accommodation, however it was let down slightly by the communication over the amenities that would be provided. Whilst they emailed to say only the basics would be included and to treat it as a self catering stay (which we expected) they really did provide prettty much nothing which wasn’t conveyed in the messaging. This included only giving us two toilets rolls for a 4 night stay for 7 people. Again most places would provide tea/coffee/sugar which this place doesn’t. None of this is an issue per se however this needs to be communicated better beforehand as the accommodation is remote so we had to do extra shop runs for things like toilet roll which we could have picked up en route had we been aware. Apart from that it is a lovely space and we did have a very enjoyable stay.

we had a lovely stay, the house is great for a family get together with open plan kitchen and living room. the jacuzzi is a great addition and we really enjoyed it. would definitely recommend for a weekend away or a longer stay!

We had an amazing stay! Felt completely at home here, so much so we didnt want to leave! The hot tub and log fire were amazing for evenings after a long day of exploring. There's so much to do close by in terms of walks, beaches and local pubs. We loved it here so much!
