Please wash your dishes or start them in the dishwasher before you leave. Starter Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, guest provides own after starter set runs out. Please review the sleeping configuration before booking. Fireplace is electric do not use wood. NO SMOKING inside of the cabin. This includes E-Cigarettes. A fee of no less than $150 may be charged to guests where odor abatement or additional cleaning is required due to smoking. The cabin uses all electric which includes the heating and cooling systems. During the cold winter months, the heat pump system is not as effective when the outside temperature reaches below 35 degrees. This is a common issue with all cabins and we recommend you bring extra blankets and warm clothing. There is no refund for weather related road closures, which includes snow, rain and wind. The only exception is a mandatory evacuation issued my fire/police authorities and the unused days will be refunded at 100%. There is no refund for TV or Internet outages. Electrical outages over 12 hours will be refunded at 100% per day of outage. Cleaning fee is not refunded after checkin. Please bag and seal all trash. Do leave any coolers or food storage devices in car or outside cabin it will attract local wildlife. Do not leave food, food wrappers and/or child seats in vehicles, the animals will smell the food and get into your vehicle. We do not charge a pet fee so please clean up after your furry friend. Please collect and pile used linens near each bathroom or bedroom for the cleaning staff. Please do not unplug any of the modems or network connections.
