The location of this stunning Forest Beach Villas 426 lagoon view 3 bedroom penthouse villa is outstanding as it’s across the street from the beach, a block from the Coligny Plaza shopping and dining, and adjacent to the beautiful Lowcountry Celebration Park. Villa features a spacious 16 foot ceiling living room, kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook meals, a spacious balcony, upgraded WiFi, 5 bikes, lots of beach/recreational amenities, and an underground parking garage with luggage carts and elevators to make unloading a snap. Villa comes with free tennis and pickle ball courts and a wonderful pool for your enjoyment. The spacious master bedroom has a cathedral ceiling with a king-sized bed and direct balcony access. The second bedroom is located upstairs and features two twin beds and a twin pullout trundle bed. The third bedroom is also located upstairs and features a twin XL over queen bunk bed unit. Complex is on Hilton Head’s free trolly route, and is across the street from the beach and a block to the Coligny Plaza shops and restaurants. Ideal location if you’re not a fan of using your car while you’re on your vacation.

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

You’ll be able to enter the condo by 4:00pm at the latest. Once the condo has been cleaned and inspected Meagan Campbell, who handles our cleanings and repairs, will call and give you the access code to the door. If the condo is ready before 4:00 you will be able to enter it. Meagan Campbell can be reached at 843-682-2221.

House Rules

-No events or large gatherings. Maximum occupancy is 8.
-Please don’t play music or television excessively high as Hilton Head has a short term rental ordinance whereby two noise complaint infractions subjects us to losing our rental license.
-If you move any furniture or furnishings during your stay please move them back to their original position at the end of your stay.
-Complex doesn’t allow towels to be hung over balcony railing. You’ll find plenty of door hooks throughout the condo.
-No smoking.

Payment Policy

50% of total invoice amount is due upon booking. Remaining balance due 45 days before arrival date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations that are at least 45 days before arrival date will receive a refund of the amount paid less a $250 cancellation fee. Travelers who cancel less than 45 days before checkin will lose their 50% deposit. All payments will be forfeited for cancellations made less than 45 days before arrival date.
