Come experience the charm of this third story end unit located near highly desirable Coligny Beach Park & Plaza. Walk to everything including multiple beach access points, tons of dining, shopping, entertainment, grocery, and beautiful Lowcountry Celebration Park. You can park your car for the entire stay and walk or bike to anything you need.

Once inside, you will sense a feeling of spaciousness, tasteful interiors, and appreciate bright natural light coming from a twelve-foot wall of glass. Oh! The living area is exceptionally comfortable and adorned with shiplap ceilings, brand-new sofa & queen size sleeper, 65" television, and a breezy ceiling fan to keep you nice and cool during your stay. My favorite space is the private balcony where you can enjoy a meal, sip your morning coffee or evening beverage of your choice while taking in tranquil views of the courtyard & outside surroundings.

The kitchen is striking with beautiful quartz countertops & backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a huge farmhouse sink. Like to cook and prepare your own cocktails? We've got your back. Everything you need is here and ready to go including a European sized washer and dryer.

Your bedroom is extra roomy and offers a king-size bed, 40" television, and convenient access to the balcony. The ensuite bathroom features gorgeous encaustic floor tile, a large tiled shower with a second handheld wand, and a dual raised vanity with quartz countertops.

Forest Beach Villas is situated across the street from the beach and is built with steel and concrete construction making for a much quieter vacation. You will love the drive-under garage parking, no more hot cars! With your stay, you will have access to the on-site pool as well as tennis & pickleball courts. We really enjoyed our stay at Shay's. It was very clean and comfortable! I would highly recommend you stay here! The area is very walkable and easy for riding bikes. The condo was easy to find and Shay did a great job with communication and instructions. The beach is across the street but there is a lovely pool if you prefer to stay close. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was nice to have a beautiful balcony. I strongly recommend you stay here, you won't be disappointed!

Excellent stay. Very clean, nice decor and comfortable. Walking distance to beach and bike hire 20 yds up the road. Coffee shops, restaurants and bars less than 5 minutes away. Parking was really easy and access to villa seamless. Shay kept in touch prior to us arriving which was great and built up trust immediately. Apartment was nice and quiet due to the concrete floor construction I would imagine. Very relaxing stay and will be back again for sure.

We loved Shay’s place!! The location is perfect!! 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Bike rental is 5 minutes away. We bike all over the island and on the beach. Close to lots of great restaurants! Check in was so easy and convenient! Shay has everything a couple would need for a perfect home away from home!! The place is immaculate! Don’t hesitate to book this place!!

Payment Policy
50% of the total invoice amount (excluding deposit) is due at booking. The final balance is due 45 days prior to arrival on all reservations. Final balance payment may be made in the form of personal check (if received by date payment is due), money order, debit or credit card.
Refundable Damage Deposit
$250 Refundable security/damage deposit via approved credit card in the name of the renter will be required 3 days prior to check-in. Deposit is returned within 14 days after departure date, provided there has been no damage to the property, or excessive cleaning required over and above normal wear and tear. Any damages are provided to guest with substantiating documentation.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are free if made more than 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made between 45 and 59 days prior to your scheduled arrival are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. All monies will be forfeited for any cancellation made within 45 days of arrival. Cancellation of long-term reservations (28 days or longer) after receipt of final payment results in loss of total payments and charges, unless the property is able to be rented at the prevailing rate. Refunds are NOT provided outside of Cancellation Policy.
