Whether youre biking the island paths, exploring the state park, boating, or relaxing on the beach, this is your ideal home base for a serene getaway. Located near Whaley’s, Bay Creek Park & the Marina, you’ll experience Edisto’s charm and why locals call it Edi-slow.

The Space
Our bungalow is perfect for family gatherings and relaxed vacations. The open floor plan creates an inviting space for friends and family to connect, with three comfortable bedrooms:
- Two queen bedrooms
- Third bedroom with a twin bunk bed and trundle, perfect for kids.
- Two full bathrooms—one with a walk-in shower, the other with a tub/shower combo—as well as a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water for a refreshing rinse after a beach day.

Outdoor Living & Beach Essentials
Enjoy two spacious decks and a cozy downstairs hangout spot under the house. Complete with a double swing, bar area, charcoal grill and outdoor games like darts, tiki toss, Jenga, and cornhole, it’s the perfect place to unwind. The private outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off sandy feet. The large yard provides space for outdoor fun, and the property is ideally located for an easy 3-minute walk to the beach, known for its calm surf and wide shoreline.

What to Bring
- Please note: Bed linens and bath towels are not provided. You may bring your own or rent locally.

- Beach towels: Approximately 8 beach towels are available for guest use in the storage area. We kindly ask that you wash, dry, and return them before checkout.
- Guests should also bring their own toiletries, paper products (toilet paper, paper towels), cleaning supplies, and laundry detergent.

Entertainment & Connectivity
Cable TV is not provided, but Wi-Fi is available to stream your favorite shows via smart TVs in the living room. Bring your login details for services like Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and Amazon Prime, and enjoy cozy nights in. Make sure to sign out after your stay!

- Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 10 AM
- A lockbox code will be provided on the day of check-in for easy access to the home.
- We do not allow large parties due to the quiet residential area.
- There is one exterior security camera by the front door for safety—no other cameras are located around or inside the house.
