This newly renovated private suite is set up perfectly to be your home away from home. With a brand-new custom shower, new laundry center, comfy furnishings, and a slick work area, this space is great for traveling nurses or doctors, visiting family in the area, interns here for new opportunities in our nations capital.

Youll have access to a private screened-in porch with a swing and some outdoor furniture.

The kitchenette has an induction hotplate and all the tools to cook a quick meal at home. Your bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and dedicated mini split AC/Heater.

The main room has an additional mini-split AC/Heater, cozy lounge area with a big screen television, a place to work, and a small dinner table to enjoy a meal with your partner, family, or friends.

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Follow signage toward pathway along the left side of the house. Your entrance is in the porch area. Using the dark grey keypad on the left side of the door uses the last 4 digits of your cell phone number then press the red "a" key to unlock. When leaving you can press the red "a" once to lock.

The space can also accommodate 2 additional toddlers in pack & plays.

House Rules

-No smoking or vaping indoors. You may smoke outside, but please clean up after yourself. Failure to do so or if you smoke or vape indoors, we will charge a $350 cleaning fee.
-Please respect check-in and check-out times.
-Quiet hours are requested from 11pm to 7am.
-Please clean dishes as well as any pots and pans after using them.
-No unregistered guests allowed.
-Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
-Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $25.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
-For stays longer than 30 days a separate lease agreement may be required.

Payment Policy

Full payment is due upon booking.

Refundable Damage Deposit

If no damage occurs, the deposit is refunded within 48 hrs of departure. Any damage that occurs during your stay is documented and charged against this deposit. In the event damage above the security deposit occurs, the additional cost will be charged to the card on file or invoiced.

The suite is a ~7-minute walk to Alexandria Inova Hospital's visitor entrance making it the perfect place to stay if traveling as a healthcare provider, visiting family, or pre/post op.
