Our house location is super safe, located just few seconds from highway 395, walking distance to the river, AirForce Memorial, Penrose Square and Pentagon, less than 10 min drive to Downtown D.C. Only a few minutes driving to national airport Ronald Reagan. Quiet area with lot of parks around.
House is well equipped for up to 12 persons. Separate entrance with amenities for self check-in 24/7 smartlock. It has a fully equipped kitchen with everything that you need for short or long stay, totally new bathroom and washer/dryer in separate room. One huge queen bed and normal bed in the bedroom upstairs and sleeper sofa downstairs in the living room.
Small but cute garden with BQ, ideal for morning coffee, reading books or enjoying in the sun.

Hello,
We did the best we could but honest feedback from you and your friends/ family will help us a lot to improve the listing.
It’s the house on the side main entrance is after a little door/ gate.
However we are still working on the house manual but here are some important information:
1. Parking is free on the driveway it can fit up to 2 cars if you need additional parking you can park on the street make sure not to block anyone.
2. Entrance door (front ) lockbox code is 3742 and it’s located at the railing.
To lock the door from outside lift the handle
And then lock .
Upon Checking out please leave the key back in the lockbox, to lock the house from inside lift the door handle up and then lock it.
3. WiFi Password for BNB is fujitsu123
4. Each room has a TV and amazon fire stick.
5. We will appreciate if you guys don’t walk in the shoes inside the house (especially because of the virus spreading we are trying to keep everything as clean as possible )
6. In the cleaning fee is included everything except the dishwashing(please wash the dishes and leave them on the drying rack), if you have pets please don’t let them sleep in the sheets that sheet will count as damaged.
7. Extra trash bags and cleaning supplies are under the sink in the kitchen.
8. Please take off the sheets and leave the dirty towels
and sheets inside the washer
10. Air mattress is in the closet upstairs.
11. Sofa downstairs and futon upstairs are also sleepers bed if you need them.
12. Check-in is at 4pm, check-out till 11 am
13. Please let us know in advance if you need electric charger for your vehicle
14. Please provide your e-mail address in case that we need to contact you and Airbnb messages are not going thru.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Refund 24hours after check out.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled within 12 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
