Cozy 2 bedroom cottage with beautiful lake view - Brandon Township

1. Confirm the number of overnight guests booked is accurate.
Requests can be made for additional guests prior to booking.
2. Agree to read Information guide which will be sent upon booking confirmation.
3. NO PARTIES/EVENTS! Be respectful of our cottage and our neighbors.
Absolutely no non-registered house or lake guests without prior approval.
4. Understand that the toilet is on a septic system. Do not throw anything into the toilet other than toilet paper. Plumbing service calls for failure to comply will be charged to the guest.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to book.
6. No smoking inside cottage. No illegal activity or drug use on premises.
7. No pets allowed.
8. If using the outdoor firepit, you must provide your own firewood.
9. Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 11 am. Alterations can be made via special requests. Must follow departure instructions.
10. Trash pickup is Wednesday. Please bring bin to curb Tuesday night or by 8 am Wednesday morning.
11. Renter agrees to return property in the same condition in which it was rented.
12.Owner's Motor Boat is off limits.
13. No Fireworks.
14. Renter assumes sole responsibility for the safety all of guests under this reservation. This includes an all encompassing umbrella for use of all indoor/outdoor space. (i.e. stairs, outdoor activities, paddle board, swimming etc.). The renter indemnifies the owners against all loss, damage, expense & penalty on account of personal injury or property damage to the renters.

Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
