Completely renovated in 2024, our sweet little 3 bedroom lake house is the perfect spot to retreat. Our house is nestled among beautiful trees on a private residential street. We are located on the "pointe" of the heart-shaped Lake Louise, a 100 acre all-sports lake.



In the kitchen you will find all the essentials for making family meals and memories too! Enjoy our custom made "Lake Life" charcuterie block for serving up appetizers or even a dessert board. The coffee and cocktail glass bar should have everything you need to enjoy your favorite beverage. To both support local business AND spoil our guests, we will be featuring freshly ground coffee from Abeantogo, a local master Coffee Roaster from the nearby town of Goodrich.



Our house sleeps five with room for additional sleeping with an air mattress or Pack 'n Play (currently not provided) in the 3rd bedroom, lovingly referred to as the "Kidz" room. In the Kidz room you will find a "chill spot", games and a library for the whole family to enjoy. The master bedroom faces the lake, which is a peaceful way to wake up. The second bedroom (nicknamed the blue room) sits on the back of the house and stays nice and dark, which is very soothing after a long hot day. The living room seats five (large soft poof is another choice) and is outfitted with a huge smart tv and soundbar. The spacious master bath has plenty of room to store all of your things from home but not to worry, all the essential toiletries are provided- so leave yours at home!



Relax and unwind while enjoying a large backyard with sunset views. Take advantage of two sunbathing loungers and two zero gravity chairs. Use our grill and dine outside at our umbrella covered table (four cushioned chairs with four extra chairs if needed). The backyard entertaining area is complete with a fishing dock, two kayaks, and an extra large free-standing hammock. Enjoy our firepit area which overlooks the lake (firewood not provided). Feeling adventurous? Try our IcePod Pro ice bath as an add on feature!

Our house can sleep six if you include Pack N' Play or guest supplied air mattress. The Blue room currently has a double bed which is quite *cozy* for two adults! Please keep this in mind!

1.Arrival/Departure Times

*Check in/out accommodations may be allowed via special request and will be dependent upon the booking schedule and subsequent cleaning requirements.

*Front door keypad instructions will be sent approximately 24 hours ahead of your stay.

2. **NOT A PARTY HOUSE** Please be respectful of our lake house & neighbors. Treat it as you would treat your own home. Any documented complaints by neighbors may be subject to loss of security deposit. Non-registered house or lake guests are not permitted without prior approval.

3. No pets allowed.

4. Be kind to our septic system! Do not flush ANYTHING other than toilet tissue.
***Absolutely NO WIPES!***

5. No smoking inside the cabin. No illegal activity or drug use on premises.

6. The fireplace is NON-WORKING and currently is decoration only. Do not attempt to burn anything in the fireplace.

7. Feel free to have a bonfire in our contained firepit by the beach. Please dim the fire before you retire inside for the night, You must obtain your own firewood. Local gas stations sell cords of wood.

8. Trash Day is Monday. Please bring the Waste Management trash bin to the curb Sunday night or by 6 am Monday morning. “Bagged” overflow trash can be placed at the road next to the primary bins if necessary. Return empty bins to the house upon pick up.

9. Renter agrees to return property in the same condition in which it was rented.

10. Garage (locked) is reserved as Owner’s Quarters. A locked Owner’s closet is located in the “Blue” room and will not be available to guests.

11. Follow departure instructions in the LPR Guide Book (also posted in the hallway by the kitchen).

12. Renter assumes sole responsibility for the safety of all guests & visitors under this reservation. This includes an all encompassing umbrella for use of all indoor/outdoor space. (ex indoor: stove, etc.., outdoor activities and equipment ex kayaks, swimming etc..). The renter indemnifies the owners against all loss, damage, expense & penalty on account of personal injury or property damage to the renters.

13. Parking: We can accommodate four cars when parked carefully in our driveway. Please do not park anywhere other than the driveway.

14. Pontoon boat & Jet Skis are off limits for renters. Sorry! Please enjoy fishing and swimming off of the dock!
