We had a wonderful (& relaxing!) stay at Julia’s beautiful beachside home with our four year old. The home was VERY clean, well decorated, and had more than enough space for our family of three. We loved being able to walk right over to the private beach (with the beach chairs helpfully provided by Julia). The home is also conveniently located — a short drive to the main Bethany Beach area, and not far away from Dewey or Rehoboth either. We had the best week of family vacation thanks to Julia hosting us at her beautiful rental! There was a great deal of attention paid to every detail to make us feel right at home. The home is clean and comfortable in every way. The beach was less than 1/2 a block away and the rental had all we needed to keep the kids playing and happy, while the adults could relax on chairs under the umbrella. ★ Please note, this is a four level townhouse that requires the use of stairs to access each level. Our home might pose accessibility challenges for individuals who experience difficulty navigating stairs.

Guests will have access to the entire townhome & beach area (no lifeguard on duty) in the Tower Shores community. The only exceptions are two locked owners closets - one on the 4th floor and one off the back deck.

As noted in our description, this is a four level beach townhouse that requires the use of stairs to access each level. Our home might pose accessibility challenges for individuals who experience difficulty navigating stairs.

We ask that you communicate with us directly through the AirBNB platform as many times the communication log is needed for AirBNB to rectify issues (for both owner and guests!). We pride ourselves in answering promptly during the hours of 9AM-6PM, 7 days a week.

Whether you are traveling south on Route 1 or north on Route 1, Matts Fish Camp Bethany is your best guide for where to turn to find Coastal Crush!

Our unit has 2 dedicated parking spots in the front (oceanside) on either side of the paver walkway. There is additional parking in the gravel lot in the back for Atlantis II (the name of our building) but it is first come, first served.

There is NO public parking in Tower Shores. Please be mindful of this as cars will get towed if parked illegally (at guests expense).

Coastal Crush is situated on the quiet northern tip of Bethany Beach. Our home is conveniently located in the middle of it all! Lewes, Rehoboth, and Dewey Beaches are a short drive north while the town of Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island are directly to our south.

Tower Shores beach is a private, non-guarded beach. All renters and their guests should swim at their own risk. There is a handicapped accessible ramp at Dune Road.

While we do offer high speed Wi-Fi, outages may occur in the area. Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as its not guaranteed at the beach. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hot spot.

★ All guests will be required to provide a valid ID that matches the name of the person that made the reservation and a selfie. Check in information will not be given out until that is received.
