Wake up in one of Sea Colony’s carriage homes and get ready to start your day while relaxing on the screened porch or master bedroom’s deck. Head to the beach, play tennis in a world-class facility, or swim in one of 12 pools. You could also go to the fitness center, walk or bike the resort’s grounds, or take the kids to the playground. In the evening, eat in or bike to the Sea Colony Marketplace or to Bethany’s boardwalk for good eats and yummy ice cream.

We’ve enjoyed the incredible amenities, playing tennis and pickle ball, swimming at the many indoor and outdoor pools, and enjoying the private beach access. Partial Refund for Cancellations Made 30-45 Days Before Check-In: If the cancellation is made between 30 days and 45 days before the check-in date, the Renter will receive a 50% refund of the total rental fee.

No Refund for Cancellations Made Less Than 30 Days Before Check-In: Cancellations made less than 30 days before the check-in date will not be eligible for any refund.
