Situated just a short drive from the coast and notable Baroque towns like Modica and Scicli, this dreamy vacation rental with a private garden and pool promises a relaxing and unforgettable holiday for friends and families. Its gorgeous and green outdoors are superbly maintained, with a lovely pool (4 x 8 m; depth: 1.70 m), shaded open-air dining, a rear-end pergola with lounging as well as an outdoor shower at guests’ disposal.

The child-friendly holiday house is split into two levels and has 2 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen-diner and a full bathroom to provide a convenient and carefree stay. Kitchen utilities include a microwave, coffee machine, fridge, toaster and cooker hob. The living room features characteristic interiors centred around an ambient fireplace and complete with good-quality furniture to ensure a home-like atmosphere.

Extra charges and information

Electricity has to be paid on the spot based on consumption at € 0,50 kw/h.
A Refundable Security Deposit of € 300 must be paid in cash on arrival.
A tourist tax of €1/day/pax is also to be paid on the spot for up to 10 days (Guests below the age of 12 are exempt).
If necessary, gas for heating in wintertime or when necessary because of climate must be paid on the spot based on consumption at € 0,35 kw/h.

Please note: Check-in time is 16.00-20.00 and check-out time is 08.00-10.00. Any other check-in/out time has to be previously agreed upon.
The road leading to the house is narrow and therefore only small or medium-sized cars can pass through.

The wide and sandy Mediterranean beaches of South-eastern Italy are just a 10-minute drive away, meanwhile, the Pearl of Baroque, Scicli, with its well-serviced location boasting all essential amenities is a 15-minute drive from here.

For lovers of chocolate, the typical Modica chocolate can be tried in the town of Modica located a 15-minute drive away. Plus, other stunning Sicilian Baroque towns like Noto, with the UNESCO-protected Noto Cathedral is approximately an hour’s drive. Guests can also take fun-filled day trips to the Vendicari Nature Reserve (75 minutes drive) and enjoy exciting activities like snorkelling and hiking as well as one of the most beautiful beaches in Italy, Colomosche. Catania’s international airport is 90 minutes away. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2024 to the 29th of October 2024 A damage deposit of 300EUR has to be paid locally.
