Set right on the beach, close to the sandy shores of the Mediterranean sea, this modern 3-bedroom holiday house is perfect for a large group of friends or a family of 6. The rental is located on the ground floor with direct access to a private garden with fencing, a BBQ as well as a large sea-view loggia with open-air dining. In addition to these wonderful amenities perfect for relaxation, the house also offers a splendid rooftop solarium to complete the perfect beach vacation.

Inside, the air-conditioned living room provides soothing respite on hot summer days. It also has a large sofa, SAT TV and a well-equipped kitchen corner with dining and all essential utilities to facilitate an effortless stay. A microwave, coffee machine, oven, fridge and toaster are at guests’ disposal.

The property enjoys direct access to the free beach!

Extra Charges

If necessary, costs for heating in wintertime or when necessary because of climate must be paid on the spot. Electricity is to be paid on the spot also based on consumption at € 0,45 kw/h.
A town tax is also to be paid on the spot at € 1/pax/ day up to 10 days (guests below the age of 12 years are exempt).
A Refundable Security Deposit of €200 must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.

Please note: Check-in is 16.00-20.00 and check-out time is 08.00-10.00. Any other check-in/out time has to be previously agreed upon.

The holiday rental is in south-eastern Sicily, in a quiet residential area on the coast between Donnalucata and Cava D’Aliga. It is perfect for a beach break in Ragusa as the sea is right at your doorstep. Plus, Spiaggia Pantano Arizza and a coast-side hiking area are also close by for those who want to explore the beautiful surroundings.  

In fact, the house, as well as the location, are not only ideal for those who want to enjoy the beaches and the sun of the Mediterranean, but also for those who want to easily visit the main tourist resorts and the most important baroque cities of the Ragusa area. Guests can easily reach the famous tourist destination of the region in 30-60 minutes from the property’s location: these include Donnalucata (all kinds of shops), Scicli (pearl of Sicilian Baroque), Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Noto and the Vendicari Nature Reserve.  Syracuse is about 1 hour and 15 minutes and the nearest airport is in Catania, approximately a 1-hour 30-minute drive from this detached holiday home in Scicli!

For a carefree self-catering stay, food shops and supermarkets are located within 5 minutes drive. A damage deposit of 200EUR has to be paid locally. A damage deposit of 400EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21. Electricity charges to be paid on the spot: EUR 0.45 per KW
