Nestled just a few steps from Plaza Almijara, this brand-new holiday townhouse for 6 creates an absolute holiday atmosphere with authentic vibes and modern facilities. The mountain-view townhouse is split into three levels, with each one providing a different setting to enjoy.
On the top floor, is a double bedroom with Moorish floorings and a full bathroom. This floor also has a panoramic view solarium with alfresco dining, BBQ, showers and sun loungers for ultimate relaxation in a sunny and open locale. On the middle level is the fully-equipped modern kitchen with all essential utilities like a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, oven, fridge and toaster to whip up carefree meals or try your hand at the local cuisine. The living room is air-conditioned and features a large sofa bed with a wall-mounted Smart TV in front to unwind comfortably. Finally, the ground floor has a double bed and a bathroom.
Free Wi-Fi and a laptop-friendly workplace are available for your convenience at this delightfully peaceful holiday house.

The holiday rental is located in the centre of Cómpeta; from where the vibrant terraces of Plaza Almijara, the 16th Century Iglesia de la Ascension’s beautiful murals, and the Mirador Panoramic for an unparalleled view of the Maroma hills are all within 10-minutes walk away. The house also has a suitable location for active vacations as the entire area is home to hiking, biking and walking trails: the closest ones-Walk Spain and Caminito de la Acequia- are just a 10-15 minute walk away. Guests are just a 40-minute drive from Torrox and Nerja, where they can enjoy the amazing blue flag beaches as well as visit the UNESCO-protected Nerja Caves. Plus, golfing at Baviera Golf Course is also about the same distance. For full-day trips, the historic city of Granada is a 90-minute car journey from Cómpeta.
There are several restaurants (with local and international cuisines), cafes and a supermarket within a 5-minutes walking distance to facilitate a self-catering stay.
