Enjoy yourself at our bright sunny one bedroom condo just steps from the free Wildwood Crest beach, or relax at the Olympic size heated pool (with kiddie pool). Great for couples or small families. Bicycle racks also located near parking area. Sorry no pets per Association rules.

One queen size bed, 1 bathroom, queen size sleeper sofa in living room for 2 additional people. You will need sheets and towels. Kitchenette with modern flat cook top and microwave along with dishes, cookware and silverware. Corner unit so large sundeck right outside the door with a great view of the beach with tables for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Smoking is only permitted outside the unit.

Coin operated laundry facility on site. Outdoor grills available to guests along with parking for one car. Flat screen smart tvs in both rooms with WIFI available. Only 25 years and older permitted.

I LOVE the beach and hope to allow others to do the same. I have done my best to make this condo comfy, quiet and family/couple friendly. So many ammenities right at your fingertips. Nothing like experiencing all Wildwood has to offer for a little getaway now and again :)

Only 4 guest are permitted to sleep at the unit. Please check with us regarding check in checkout times, depending on cleaning service we may be flexible.

House Rules

No one under 25 years of age may rent the condo. No smoking and no pets. Trash MUST be brought out of the unit to the dumpster outside. Be respectful of the neighbors. No loud parties. MUST SIGN SHORT TERM LEASE BEFORE STAY.

Payment Policy

$250 to Book (security deposit refundable after stay) Total due 30 days before stay. No refunds after full payment has been made.

Refundable Damage Deposit

We keep our condo clean and would expect you to leave it clean also. If there is anything broken, please have the courtesy to let us know so we can come to an agreement. Take all the trash out to the dumpster located on the property. Your security deposit is for any damages incurred.

Cancellation Policy

Please let us know 4 weeks ahead for cancellation
