Welcome to our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Beach condo at La Quinta Towers. Look out over the Cape May Wildlife Beach Refuge and walk a few steps to your private Diamon Beach Club access with food & drink, restrooms, and nightly entertainment right on the sand! Enjoy one of the largest pools Wildwood has to offer with beautiful sunset views.

“Unbelievable stay”

The condo is unbelievable❣️. So pretty and so well stocked. We just discovered the griddle that even matches everything else! We are having a wonderful week here at your little piece of paradise at the Jersey Shore. Forgot how awesome this wide, flat, soft sand beach is. I think it’s the best in NJ❣️

We are just finishing up our week’s vacation in this beautiful condo! My family and I couldn’t be happier! The place is immaculate and the hosts could not be more accommodating! “Diamond Beach Vacay”

First vacation as a family of four & it was a complete success thanks to our stay at Livin on the edge at diamond beach. It was the perfect week!! The place was so nice & completely stocked with everything we needed. The staff was so nice & we really enjoyed the pool. The beach was steps away & couldn’t have made things easier vacationing with 2 small kids. We have stayed at other condos in wildwood, but this was by far the best experience - we can’t wait to go back next year & continue to make memories there!

We are a large family with 4 children and our Vizsla who loves to travel. We've been visiting Corolla since we were children ourselves and now that we own a piece of the OBX we want to be able to share it with you. Our other home away from home is at the southern tip of New Jersey in a little town called Diamond Beach (Wildwood Crest). Some of our favorite childhood memories were made there. Diamond Beach is very family friendly with some of the largest Jersey shore beaches, while also being so close to Cape May and only 3 miles to the boardwalk.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 3PM - 8PM

A few days prior to check-in you will receive a code and your unit #. We strive to get our guests in sooner than your 3PM check-in whenever possible.

No, the HOA strictly prohibits pets of any kind.

This is a family-friendly destination and not suited for youth or party rentals

Payment Policy

We accept payment by check, wire, Zelle or Venmo

Refundable Damage Deposit

Security deposit is collected as per your rental agreement and promptly refunded after post-checkout inspection.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel we will make every effort to re-book the week and, if successful, you will be credited the difference in rental fees between your agreed upon rate vs. the re-booked rate (therefore if we are able to rent for equal to or higher than your rental rate, you will receive a full refund, less fees incurred from receipt of payment). We highly recommend guests purchase travel insurance to protect them in the event of having to cancel.

Notes

$500 Deposit is required and signed rental agreement are required to secure a rental week. The initial 50% payment is due within 30 days of booking. The final 50% payment is due no later than 30 days before check-in.
