This cute little home located in Monticello. This home is easy to get to and has what you need for your stay. This home has wifi and is pet-friendly. We do charge an extra pet fee of $50 per pet. This is the perfect stay if you are just passing through or want a close place to downtown for a longer getaway. This home has a cozy feel and plenty of space outside with views of open farm fields and off-street parking.

The space rented is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house on a nearly 1/5 acre lot that backs up to a hayfield with views of the San Juan mountains in Colorado to the east and views of the Blue Mountains to the west. The house has an open living room/kitchen, mudroom sleeping quarters and is within. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, convenience stores, library, parks, and 1.5 miles from the LDS Temple. It is set in a quiet neighborhood with wide streets that offers some privacy. No smoking inside the unit.
