This cute vine-covered cottage located in Monticello, UT is the perfect place for resting after a long day of seeing the sights. Come relax on the front deck and enjoy the scent of Wisteria flowers during the late spring and summer months. Or move over to the back yard to have a BBQ watching the sunset.

Enjoy the newly remodeled home complete with new hardwood floors in the kitchen and all amenities a chef could need. Sleeps up to 6 people. There are two bedrooms each with a new queen bed in addition to the sleeper sofa in the living room. All linens provided. There is one full remodeled bathroom complete with necessities. All your needs are here with WIFI, TV, DVD Play, and more. And for an added bonus, not only is there wifi, but it is fiberoptic broadband through Emery telecom with blazingly fast speeds, especially for this area! So if you need to get work done remotely this is a great place to get it done at. Come stay with us and enjoy your time in Southeastern Utah.

While relaxing on the front deck in the hammock you are sure to see hummingbirds along with the occasional deer. Around the property are season fruit trees that you may enjoy during your stay including; Apple, Plum, Apricot, Almond, Blackberries, and Raspberries.

This was our second time staying here. The location is phenomenal with so much to do. Monticello is a little off the beaten path which means it is quiet and restful. We love all the amazing hiking around with easy access to multiple national parks, national monuments, and state parks. This house has comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen for cooking, and is very clean and cozy. We'll be back for sure. highly recommend.

Quaint, cozy home in a quaint, cozy town. Close enough to explore/hike the many parks in the area, but far enough away to not feel too tourist-y. Beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Will remember this trip fondly!

The Wisteria Vine Cottage is a perfect place to stay for those interested in rock climbing at Indian Creek, visiting Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, or just interested in a cozy getaway. We really loved how the cottage had everything we needed for a long stay (we stayed for a month!). Jerry answered questions timely and the family, who lives next door to the cottage was so welcoming. It snowed a few times, and each time our hosts graciously shoveled our porch and cleaned off our cars. 100% would book this cottage again. Thank you so much for a wonderful month!

I was able to enter the home within an hour of when I booked it and somehow they had homemade Christmas treats waiting for me on the dining room table! Jerry was very accommodating. He asked if I needed anything and I said I needed a razor and he got me one. The place was really clean and nicely decorated.

Hi! We loved our stay with you. The cottage was beautiful and quiet and check in was so easy. It was the perfect location to visit Mesa Verde and the Needles portion of Canyonlands. It was nice to be away from overly crowded Moab in a place a little off the beaten path. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked so we could cook and eat in. The local grocery store was also within walking distance. We loved sitting on the front porch watching the hummingbirds at the feeders. Thanks for the lovely stay. Lydia
