This log-style cabin has it all. Whether you just need to get away and relax or to celebrate a romantic weekend, Bear Timbers is for you! A walk down a gravel path leads you to your private riverbank supplied with canoes and fire pit. All pots, pans, utensils, are provided along with coffee maker and toaster. The beauty of nature surrounds you while sitting in the the hot tub, reading a book on the screened in porch, fishing, canoeing, or relaxing by a fire. This is a very clean, modern cabin with rustic touches to make you feel at home. We have recently added new top-quality mattresses for your comfort. All linens and towels are provided for maximum sleeping capacity.

Please note: YOU CANNOT SEE THE RIVER FROM THE HOUSE. Due to the flood plain in the area, all houses along this side of the river are built back from the rivers edge. There is a large yard in between the house and river and you cannot see the water from where the house is. We leave the canoes down by the rivers edge so that you dont have to carry them back and forth.

The base rate includes 4 people. Additional guests are extra, please read the itemized charges carefully. Thank you!

Pet Fee: $50 per dog ( max 2 dogs)

Please take your trash with you. There are maps and signs in the cabin telling you where to go to do that! ( we dont have a scheduled trash service ) The house manager can take them for a tip $5 per bag.
