The holiday apartment is located right on Lake Garda, in Fasano di Gardone Riviera, with the beaches and walking trails within a 10-minute walking distance. The area is ideal for walking or mountain biking and enjoying canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, fishing, diving, golf course (13-minute drive), trekking and mountain bike trails and various activities in horse riding centres.

You can also easily visit the historic centre of Gardone Riviera and its lakefront in a couple of minutes, as well as the picturesque villages of the lake with the landing stage at only a 10-15 minute walk away. In the surroundings, there are numerous natural parks and water parks like Gardaland and Caneva Moviepark for the entertainment of young people and adults. Lovers of art and history can visit the famous Vittoriale degli Italiani home of Gabriele DAnnunzio in Gardone Riviera (a 5-minute drive) and the new museum of Salò called MUSA (10-minute drive), as well as stroll along the shopping streets.
