Housed in a semi-detached house, this first-floor balcony apartment is a peaceful hillside retreat for up to 4 guests.

Internally, the apartment is spread over two floors and offers up 2 well-furnished living rooms with flat-screen TV on each floor and a nicely equipped kitchenette with a dining table for an effortless stay. From the lower-level living room you can access a small private balcony and relax while soaking up a serene view of the surrounding hills.

An internal staircase leads to the second floor where a big, bright attic is located. From the attic’s inner space, you can access a large private terrace with alfresco dining and savour meals with a fantastic view of the lake. For further relaxation, guests can use the swimming pool and all the services of the Camping Riviera di Toscolano located at a convenient car ride away.

Utilities include a cooker hob, coffee machine, oven, fridge and toaster, among others.

Laundry facilities are available for guests’ use at Camping Riviera, which is just 5-minutes drive from the apartment. Public parking is located just a few steps from the holiday apartment.

Location

The holiday apartment’s surrounding area is ideal for hiking or mountain biking. You can visit the historic center of Toscolano Maderno and its lakefront in just a 7-minute drive from here.

You can also reach the picturesque villages of the lake with the landing stage (5 minutes drive) or practice sports such as canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, sport fishing, diving, golfing and horse riding at sports centre, just 15-minutes drive away. Meanwhile, the closest trekking and mountain bike trails, called Fontana di Machino, is just a minute’s walk away. There are also numerous natural parks and water parks close by for the entertainment of young people and adults alike.

Lovers of art and history can visit the famous Vittoriale degli Italiani home of Gabriele DAnnunzio in Gardone Riviera and the new Salò museum called MuSa - Museo di Salò, as well as stroll along the shopping streets: all within 10-15 minutes drive!
