More information by the provider: The hearty Chalet Bergdohle is located in the sunny Amden above the village center. The 2 bedroom apartment is on the ground floor with an attached garden. Thanks to the elevated position on the slope, the terrace offers a wonderful view of the mountains around Amden. The pretty holiday village Amden is located in Eastern Switzerland above Lake Walen. The apartment is located in a very quiet holiday home quarter and surrounded by beautiful natural surroundings. The village center of Amden can be reached on foot in a maximum of 15 minutes. In the village there are restaurants, two small supermarkets, a café with a bakery, the indoor pool and the chairlift station. The apartment is part of a chalet with two apartments and can accommodate 4 people. The apartment is very charming. The bathroom and kitchen are newly renovated. The arrangement is as follows: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an open kitchen to the living room and dining area, storage room and terrace with garden. Amden is sun-drenched and has a wonderful panoramic view. The terrace entices you to enjoy the panorama and the tranquility. The closest bus stop is Amden, Brugg. Two parking spaces are available in front of the house. In summer, Amden Weesen offer a perfect combination of a southern beach atmosphere on Lake Walen and an alpine climate between the mountain peaks of Leistchamm and Speer. The offer is accordingly extensive. This is where you will find marvellous hiking trails of all degrees of difficulty, charming family hiking trails, wonderful panoramic views from the numerous vantage points or cozy bathing spots by the mountain stream or Lake Walen. An attractive childrens playground on the Rombach or the family-friendly indoor pool are within walking distance of the apartment. In winter Amden and Arvenbüel are popular ski areas for families. The renowned Swiss ski school has an offshoot in the Arvenbüel district. The Mattstock chairlift is located a few hundred meters from the house. The winter landscapes around the Flügenspitz also entice with numerous winter hiking trails and snowshoe routes. Amden is also the perfect starting point to explore the regions. Whether its the cities of Zurich, St. Gallen, Lucerne and Chur or the recreational regions of Heidiland, Glarnerland and Lake Zurich: everything is easily and quickly accessible by public transport or car. Our tip: Enjoy the great sunrise from Mattstogg (also Mattstock). Make sure you hike early to get to the top in time for the sunrise. The experience is incomparable. Thats a promise. In addition to all useful kitchen utensils, the equipment includes a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, glass-ceramic stovetop and coffee machine (Nespresso). There are 2 separate bedrooms. One bedroom can accommodate 2 people in a comfortable new box spring bed (180x200cm). In the second bedroom, there is a bunk bed for 2 people (2 x 90x200cm). If you book your holiday house or apartment less then 43 days prior to your arrival date, you will have to pay the total rental cost immediately.

Refundable Damage Deposit
The key holder is entitled to ask for a deposit. You will find the deposit amount in the cost overview on the object detail page of the holiday house or the apartment as well as on your booking confirmation.
The deposit can be paid by credit card or cash (as mentioned on your booking confirmation). It is necessary to pay the deposit otherwise you will not receive your key. Please note that at some locations the only option is cash payment.
What happens to my breakage deposit?
The deposit is a security retainer and will be refunded upon proper return of the rental property. The deposit will either be refunded to your bank account or received directly from the keyholder if you paid in cash. For a refund of the deposit to your bank account, always leave your IBAN- and BIC-code with the keyholder.
