More information by the provider: Are you looking for a cozy vacation apartment in the mountains? - In the Römli district above the village of Amden - the Chalet Biodola is just the thing for some relaxing days in the Swiss Alps. Amidst the quiet mountains, the vacation home is close to the village center. The vacation apartment upstairs can accommodate 4 people in 2 bedrooms. The sunny balcony is the perfect oasis and offers a wonderful panorama over the mountains and village. The village of Amden can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. There you will find restaurants, a café, shopping facilities, a beautiful indoor pool and a mountain railway. The nearest bus stop is Amden, Brugg and can be reached over a stairway in 5 minutes. For the car, there is a parking spot right at the house. Numerous hiking trails start right in front of the house. In winter, you can reach the Mattstock chairlift on foot in 15 minutes. The family ski area Amden-Arvenbüel can be reached by car or ski bus in less than 10 minutes. From the Walensee up to the Leistchamm and Speer mountains, there are plenty of attractions. The Riviera near Weesen and the mountain landscape around Amden are among the most beautiful parts of Switzerland. The area around Amden and Weesen amazes people with unique natural wonders. The Seerenbach Falls in Betlis are among the highest waterfalls in the world and show their most spectacular side particularly after rainfall or in spring. Our tip: a fall hike through the colorful upland moor on the mountain trail. The fall colors are simply unique. Naturalness and romantic winter landscapes make for a special experience on and off the slopes in winter. The easy slopes in the Arvenbüel are ideal for families as are the fares. Thus a region to discover. Tram Rehalp 47.4 km, bus stop Brugg 0.1 km, railway station Mühlehorn 4.5 km, ferry Betlis 1.9 km.

The remaining balance must be paid to Interhome no later than 28 days before the start of the rental period. If you book your holiday house or apartment less then 43 days prior to your arrival date, you will have to pay the total rental cost immediately.

Refundable Damage Deposit
The key holder is entitled to ask for a deposit. You will find the deposit amount in the cost overview on the object detail page of the holiday house or the apartment as well as on your booking confirmation.
The deposit can be paid by credit card or cash (as mentioned on your booking confirmation). It is necessary to pay the deposit otherwise you will not receive your key. Please note that at some locations the only option is cash payment.
What happens to my breakage deposit?
The deposit is a security retainer and will be refunded upon proper return of the rental property. The deposit will either be refunded to your bank account or received directly from the keyholder if you paid in cash.
