Sea Pines Home located just inside the “Ocean gate” of the sought-after Sea Pines gated community. Lagoon view and excellent location just a 5 min walk from beach. Community pool located across the street. Short bike rides from Coligny Beach, Harbour Town, and Sea Pines Forest Preserve.
This newly furnished home is the perfect getaway inside Hilton Heads most popular gated community. Fresh paint and comfortable furnishings make this the spot to sit back and relax! Just a short walk from the beach and steps away from the community pool.

2 private parking spaces are available right out front of the home. Upon arrival you will access the front, and only, entrance up a staircase. We provide a keyless entry for ease of check in and out. The rear patio overlooks a Lagoon full of lush greenery and wildlife.

Check In: 4PM - 10AM

Guests will enter the gates at the Sea Pines Community entrance. Here you will be responsible for purchasing a $25 cash weekly renter pass for your vehicle throughout your stay. (You can purchase daily passes for $9, but if your stay is more than 2 nights it makes more sense to purchase by the week). Once you arrive at the home, you will be given a custom 4 digit code to access the keypad on the front door throughout your stay. There are two private parking spaces in the driveway for you to use throughout your stay.

House Rules

Hilton Head Island Ordinance requires quiet time after 10pm
No smoking. No pets. No parties or events.

Cancellation Policy

We follow the same cancellation policies as Airbnb/VRBO:
-100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in
-50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
-No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in

*The Homeowner may also be entitled to cancel the Guest stay if house rules are broken during rental period.
