One bedroom, new full bath, second floor villa getaway bungalow is waiting for you right near the heart of the Coligny Circle, featuring lots of shops, dining, grocery stores and many other attractions and resources. 2,000 steps from condo to this location. 600 steps to the beach. 2 pools on premises. Quiet courtyard, deck perfect for a am or pm beverage.

Kitchen has it all, extras even spices, smoothie maker, baggies & air-fryer.

New king-sized bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.
Both bedroom and living room area have new flat screen smart TVs. Wi-Fi included.

2 bikes included in rental, waiver required. $125 cleaning fee sort term. $175 for long term 30 days or more.
