2 parking spots in the driveway. Do not block the street. We have a blind school and many neighbors walking in front of the home. Do not block their access and force them to walk in the street. You will receive a ticket. Park in front of the home. There is usually plenty of parking directly in front of the home. There are no parking restrictions on the street. Do not park on the lawn.

Wheelchair Accessible

We are wheelchair friendly. We have a step free entrance thru the driveway gate. Wheelchair ramp that you can enter thru the french doors in back. Wide doorways. Wheel in shower with grab bars around toilet and a shower chair on request. Sink and hand dryer are accessible height. This bathroom was designed with serving wheelchair using guests and 98% of the home is totally wheelchair friendly. We have hosted many guests with wheelchairs & have had 100% positive regarding our homes ease of accessibility.

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

When we are finished cleaning and the home is ready we will send you the Nest code. No later than 4pm. Sometimes earlier. Please do not arrive at the home until you receive the Nest Code. No early check ins without prior ok from host.

5 bedrooms. 2 guests per room. Extra guests can sleep on 2 airbeds, any of the very comfortable reclining couches or a futon sofa.

House Rules

NO PARTIES. NO OUTSIDE GUESTS.
Do not congregate in front of the home. All hanging out and smoking must be done inside or out back on the deck.
When parking in driveway, do not block the sidewalk. The back of your car can not go past end of hedge. We have neighbors & a blind school who need clear access to the sidewalk & can not walk in the street. You will be ticketed if your car blocks the sidewalk.
No eating or smoking in the bedrooms.
No cigarette smoking inside of home.
All Guests Must Be Added to reservation BEFORE booking.
Let me know what time you plan to arrive on check-in day.
