This inviting home away from home is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. Each bedroom is uniquely decorated and features quality, comfortable mattresses and linens. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, while the third bedroom has two twin beds.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials, including spices, coffee, tea, a toaster, coffeemakers, a blender, a microwave, a dishwasher, and all the necessary cookware needed for a home-cooked meal.

The spacious and private backyard is the perfect place to unwind or warm up around the fire pit. It includes a dining table and a small Weber BBQ, making it ideal for outdoor family gatherings.

Additional amenities include a laundry room, Direct TV, and high-speed WiFi. Linens, towels, beach towels, shampoo, soap, a hairdryer, and an iron with an ironing board are all provided for your convenience. Upon request, we can also provide a playpen or a crib and toys for children.

Lovely home. It looked exactly like the pictures. Very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was so helpful. Plenty of towels. Centrally located. Unfortunately, we visited LA during a heatwave. Four straight days of over a 100 degrees. Only one of the bedrooms had AC. The other two had fans. Communication was fantastic. Would recommend this house.

We absolutely loved staying at Helene's place. Helene was extremely communicative and let us check in early when we told her our flight would be getting in before the listed check in time. This is also a family-friendly house, with toys and books in addition to a beautiful backyard. We were also only a couple blocks away from a great park and playground, so we walked there every day. Others have mentioned this, but for being so close to LAX it is very quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

Our group of 5 loved our recent 6-night stay at Helene's beautiful home in Westchester. The house itself is a beautifully maintained LA bungalow, with cute vintage and relaxing furnishings and a huge backyard for the kids to run around in. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking meals -- all of the appliamces were nice and new! The location of the home was best of all -- less than 20 minutes to Manhattan Beach where our kids were attending summer camp -- and in a very safe neighbourhood where we could walk over to Loyola Marymount University. Helene was a wonderful host, giving us very clear and detailed instructions before and during our stay and checking in with us while we were there. We would definitely love to stay here again the next time we are back in LA.
