Hi! I’m Kristi Hindes Schulte. Interior Design & our Vacation Rentals are my passion! I graduated in 1998 from Texas A&M University. I am a former educator (16 years as a public education.) 
 
I take pride in offering excellent properties for other vacationers to enjoy. You will find my properties to be well maintained & I am very responsive if something were to happen. I treat these homes like the one I live in & I appreciate it when our guests do the same. We enjoy spending time at our other Vacation Rentals in Concan, TX in the Texas Hill Country as well as south Texas in Hindes, TX.

When we talk/text/message….. I may ask … 
-Are you comfortable telling me a little about your group and the nature of your stay? 
-Please tell us a little about yourself and your group. 
-What brings you to Brenham? 
-Where are you traveling from? 
-What are the ages of the people in your group? 
-Have you stayed in a vacation rental/airbnb/VRBO before? 
-Do you have an established Airbnb and/or VRBO account? 
-Have you thoroughly read our entire listing including our House Rules including NO PET Policy, NO Parties/Events (No Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties) and NO Smoking and are you in agreement? 
 
As stated in our listing: 
-We require a Vacation Rental Agreement to be signed and returned following your booking. 
-Valid ID is required to be sent back with agreement for guest making reservation. 
-No reservation is confirmed booking until I receive signed Vacation Rental Agreement. 
-We do not accept any 3rd party bookings. Guest who books must be present entire time. 
-We do not allow Parties/Events including Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties. 
-Maximum Occupancy Strictly Enforced. 9 Overnight Guests/After 10:00; Can have up to 3 additional guests during the day (with prior permission) for 12 total day guests. 
-We have a NO Pet Policy. Strictly enforced. 
-We have Outdoor Ring Cameras to Monitor Exterior of Property.
