✧We offer great views (No Walmart or Storage Unit views - always check!), no HOA to check in with, no parking fees, no draw bridges to wait for or cargo ships going by and of course no added host fees at all.

✧Because we do not charge a cleaning fee, we do not discount any further except for 5% on weeklong stays, or monthly stays.

✧One dog under 50 lbs permitted with fee. Please carefully read pet rules before booking with a pet.

✧March 1 - April 15 (Spring Break weeks). Minimum age of 26 applies except for families. All guests over the age of 18 will be required to provide ID. This is absolutely not a spring break party house. Max vehicles is 3 during spring break unless you have host permission for extra vehicles.

Port Isabel and South Padre Island, Texas, are truly magical places with around 253 warm days a year. SPI is home to the South Padre Island Birding Nature & Alligator Sanctuary, one of the best birdwatching spots in the country. Its also a sanctuary for Kemp’s Ridley sea turtles, with the Sea Turtle, Inc. rescue center dedicated to rehabilitating injured turtles and educating the public. You will love exploring everything that makes Port Isabel and South Padre Island so special!
