This townhome is within a 5 minute walk to Spooky Ln. beach access. For an added experience and to make exploration a breeze include the 2023, lithium powered 6 seater golf cart to you stay. We only charge a $100 flat fee per night for the golf cart! The Yellow Lotus townhome invites you to immerse yourself in the charm and sun-soaked relaxation of the Emerald Coast!

As you enter, you will discover a fully equipped kitchen for you to whip up a seaside feast. A dining room spacious enough for a party of 6-8 people and a cozy living space adorned with vibrant patterns, natural textures, and an abundance of plants that create an oasis of tranquility equipped with a smart TV and sleeper sofa. A convenient half-bathroom and laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer are located on the main. The primary bedroom located on the top floor is truly a restful retreat with a king size bed, dresser, and smart TV. The master bath features a double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The secondary bedroom also located on the top floor, features two queen beds and full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. For beach lovers, Spooky Ln., beach access is a 5 minute stroll, tucked away from the more popular spots due to no parking. There is a storage unit located on the ground floor of the carport with beach gear, chairs, and toys for our guests to enjoy.

For those seeking active fun, our property boasts of 2 swimming pools, a hot tub, sand volleyball court and tennis court.

Payment Policy

Must be paid in full upon booking. We accept Venmo, Zelle & Stripe (additional 3% credit card fee applied)

Refundable Damage Deposit

Deposit will be returned within 1 week of stay.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
If they cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights
If they cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights
Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in

Extra Fees: - $100/ day If you wish to use the golf cart. We do require a current driver's license and proof of insurance for the golf cart. Must be 25 years and older to drive.
