We have owned Seaside Haven for 20 years and love the uniqueness of this area with its rare dune lakes and sugar-white sands. We enjoy helping you and your family have a memorable time and as comfortable as possible. We chose our location based on the close distance to the beach and amenities. We are within walking distance of a wonderful enclave of shops and eateries.

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

We use a Shlage Encode, so you can enter on your own anytime after 4 pm.
You can select any code you wish for your stay.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

You must be 25 years of age to rent. We do not rent to college students nor do we rent to groups. This is a family rental.

House Rules

We can not allow pets due to severe allergies.
There are no hours on the pool and hot tub, but please no noise after 9 pm.
No smoking, no parties or events.

Payment Policy

1/2 due at time of booking, the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival .

Refundable Damage Deposit

Damage deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure.

There are many steps in this house. There is no elevator and it is not handicap accessible.
