The Lodge at Farmville Lakes House Rules: Please carefully read our house rules before your stay. Any violation of these rules could result in additional fees and/or immediate booking cancellation with no refund. The host reserves the right to remove any guest from the home at any time if rules are broken. Thank you for being a courteous and responsible guest and we hope you enjoy your stay! 1) You must be 25 years or older to book. If you are younger than 25 years old and would like to book, please message us to see if an exception can be made. 2) Absolutely NO SMOKING anywhere on the premises. This includes smoking cigarettes, vaping, or use of illegal drugs. Violation of smoking rules accrues a $500 fee, and guests will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. 3) NO PETS of any kind are allowed on the premises. Please make other accommodations for your pets. Violation of pet rules accrues a $500 fee, and guests will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. 4) NO UNAUTHORIZED gatherings, parties or events are allowed on our premises. All guests are required to be listed as additional guests at the time your reservation is made. Guests who allow unauthorized persons on-premises may be asked to leave with no refund. 5) QUIET HOURS are between 9pm and 8am. Please be respectful of both the house as well as the neighbors and keep your noise level at a reasonable volume at all hours of the day. 6) Take care not to DAMAGE the home and/or any items within the home. If damage is found, the guest will be charged accordingly. 7) Please keep the THERMOSTAT between 66 and 74 degrees fahrenheit. 8) LATE CHECKOUT will result in $50 fees for every hour the guest stays on the premises after checkout (which is 10 a.m.) Our cleaning crew is scheduled to service homes between reservations; therefore, we ask guests to cooperate with check-out/check-in times. RELEASE OF LIABILITY.
